Comakid join Museek

© Ivor Houlker 2012It’s with pleasure that we announce the first artist from our roster: from London, UK, please give the warmest welcome to Comakid.

Italian born Francesco Cassino made his first step in this world in 1989. From that time on, his life is strictly related with music.
He started playing piano at the age of 4, and the drums at the age of 6. The knowledge of basic music theory enabled him to learn the guitar by himself few years later and led him to graduate at the Hertfordshire University in “Commercial Music Composition & Technology”.

His solo art-electronic project Comakid comes up in 2005. Totally committed to the continuous research and experimentation of sound and its aesthetic, with no boundaries whatsoever.

His productions are characterized by a wide range of influences: they take inspiration from IDM, Glitch, Orchestral music, Ambient, Musique Concrète, Field Recording, Future Bass, House and UK Garage.
Comakid composes for audio/visual projects such as theatre performances, documentaries and short films.

His concept album “Otaku – music from an imaginary film” got great reactions from the blogosphere, so grab yuor copy free at his bandcamp if you still didn’t do it and stay tuned for his first steps on Museek.
